My Background
Hi, I'm Sarah — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, wife, and mom of two, based in San Francisco.
I started this work because I believe people are more resilient than they often feel in their hardest moments. Life has a way of bringing all of us to places we didn't expect — anxiety, depression, grief, relationship strain, the quiet weight of feeling stuck. I'm here to help you find hope and move forward again.
I work with adults and teenagers navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, OCD, trauma, relationship difficulties, and parenting struggles. My background spans faith-based and public settings, which means I've had the privilege of sitting with people from all walks of life — different backgrounds, beliefs, and stories. Everyone is welcome here.
My own faith quietly shapes how I show up — with a deep belief in the capacity for growth, healing, and meaning, even in the most difficult seasons. For those who want to bring their spirituality into the work, there's room for that. For those who don't, that's equally okay.
If something here resonates, I'd love to hear from you. Reach out and let's take that first step together.

My Approach
It is my great privilege to walk alongside clients in their difficulties towards finding hope. I try to tailor my approach to each of my clients so that they get an experience that is most useful to them.

Primarily, I use Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Attachment theory and Internal Family Systems.
